From delicious food to an overall relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, Jamaica is well loved by many tourists and has seen an increase in foreign visitors over the years. There is a lot to do during the day while visiting the island, from tours to swimming in lagoons, but the nightlife is also extremely popular. Here is a list of a few spots you should not miss while traveling to Jamaica.

Margaritaville Sports Bar and Grill
This trendy spot is the perfect embodiment of nightlife on the beach. From a giant water slide to wild bikini contests, this bar attracts tourists from all over the world, and many are enticed by its electric atmosphere. It also comes complete with in-house DJs who are always ready to set the dance-floor abuzz with the latest tunes, from reggae to dancehall etc. For women, the bar also offers regular Ladies Nights where guests are treated to specials on drinks and lively entertainment.

Tracks and Records
In addition to being a world class sprinter and Olympic champion, Usain Bolt created this hip venue that brings old and new-school cultures together. Guests can choose to dine in one of the many restaurant areas or watch live sports on one of forty-five flat-screen TVs. In addition to this, the venue offers classic menu options, such as nachos and jerk chicken.

Kilts Pub and Eatery
This pub is set to be a favorite for lovers of traditional Irish settings, but it does come with its own islandic twists, being situated just a few feet away from cool ocean waters. Like many other Irish pubs, Kilts offers the classic beer and fish and chips along with many other pub staples. As the pub is quite popular and regularly crowded, you can definitely expect the prices to be a bit steep, but it’s worth every penny.

Runaway Sports Bar and Grill
If you are a fan of sports events and catching them on TV, then Runaway Sports Bar and Grill is also a great place to go. It comes with regular nightly entertainment, a swimming pool, pool tables, darts and a few other nifty features, in addition to a packed restaurant menu, that offers local and international cuisine.

The Jungle
Situated in the popular town of Negril, The Jungle is the perfect spot to loosen up and dance to your favorite island jams. Until early morning, you can let your hair down and enjoy yourself without fear of any problems as there is always security close at hand keeping you safe. You are also able to purchase snacks at the club entrance if you’re feeling a little hungry after all that dancing.
